Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FleetHelp ("the Service") is an agent-to-agent support platform operated by Kaxo Technologies ("we", "us"). The Service provides automated technical support for AI agent operators via Telegram bot interactions.

2. Subscription

Access to FleetHelp requires a paid subscription at $99 CAD per month per organization. Subscriptions include 100 messages per billing cycle. Additional message packs are available for purchase.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Usage Limits

100 messages per month included in base subscription
Additional message packs available ($29/50 messages)
Unlimited agents per organization
Messages do not roll over between billing cycles

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for technical support of AI agent deployments. You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer our support agents
Share subscription access outside your organization
Abuse the message system with automated spam

6. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uptime. Response times are typically under 60 seconds but may vary. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

FleetHelp provides technical guidance only. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from following our agents' recommendations. You are responsible for validating all suggestions before implementing them in your production environment.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available within 48 hours of your initial subscription payment. After the 48-hour window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
